At Tiyamart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in fair, transparent, and hassle-free shopping.

✅ Easy Returns  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused  
• In original packaging  
• In the same condition as received  
• Return request must be raised within 5 days  

❌ Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Personal care / hygiene products  
• Customized or clearance sale items  
• Products clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” on the product page  

💰 Refund Process  
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection  
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days  
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method  

🚚 Shipping Charges  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable  
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping cost will be borne by Tiyamart  

⚠️ Important Notes  
• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted  
• Repeated return misuse may result in account restriction  
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions

• Installed or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Replacement is provided only in case of damaged or wrong product.
